Eka Pada Setu Bhekasana - Bandhasana | One Legged Frog - Bridge Pose

A fun variation from setu bandhasana - bridge pose. From setu bandhasana slowly lift one leg off the ground and slow bend the knee bringing heel of the foot to outer tight like bhekasana - frog pose. Slowly play with taking the weight off the other foot, shifting the weight into shoulders and drawing the knee knee into chest and extending the leg into the air.
