
Homemade Raw Nutella Recipe
Spread it on toast, apples, bananas, strawberries or just eat it off the spoon!
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
2 Cups hazelnuts
1/3 Cup raw cacao
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tbsp Almond Milk or Water
pinch of sea salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth. Add more Almond milk or water to get desired texture.


Raw Vegan Pesto Pasta Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Cups Basil
1/2 Cup Pine nuts
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lemon Zest
3 Zucchini
Directions
Pesto
Combine the first 7 items above into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil till you get your desired texture.
Pasta
Shred zucchini with a vegetable peeler to desired size
Mix pesto with zucchini pasta and serve!


Almond Milk
Makes 4 Cups of Almond Milk
Ingredients
1 Cup Almonds
4 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Directions
1. Soak almonds overnight
2. Drain and Rinse almonds
3. Blend all the ingredients above until smooth
4. Strain the mixture with a cheesecloth or a strainer

Ingredients
3 Cups Unsweetened Dried Coconut Flakes
1.5 Cups Almond Flour
1 Cup Raw Agave
3 tbsp Coconut oil
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and then form them into little balls using your hands or an ice cream scooper.
Raw Chocolate Macaroons
Ingredients
3 Cups Unsweetened Dried Coconut Flake
1.5 Cups Raw Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Raw Agave
3 tbsp Coconut oil
Pinch of Salt
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and then form them into little balls using your hands or an ice cream scooper.
