
Homemade Raw Nutella Recipe
Spread it on toast, apples, bananas, strawberries or just eat it off the spoon!
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
2 Cups hazelnuts
1/3 Cup raw cacao
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Tbsp Almond Milk or Water
pinch of sea salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth. Add more Almond milk or water to get desired texture.


Raw Vegan Pesto Pasta Recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Cups Basil
1/2 Cup Pine nuts
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lemon Zest
3 Zucchini
Directions
Pesto
Combine the first 7 items above into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil till you get your desired texture.
Pasta
Shred zucchini with a vegetable peeler to desired size
Mix pesto with zucchini pasta and serve!

Avocado Banana Smoothie
Makes 2 Cups
Ingredients
1/2 a Avocado
1 Frozen Banana
1 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
Place all ingredients in a blender with a few cubes of ice, blend and serve.
